Late for an important date. When activated, this magical stopwatch gives you a +2 bonus to your initiative roll and grants you the ability to either cast Haste (on self) or Slow (on others) as a bonus action on your first turn without expending a spell slot.

Each time your roll for initiative you may choose to activate Late for an important date as a free action. You must choose to do so before the roll.

While you have this stopwatch equipped you can use it as a spellcasting focus for your spells.
