A magic amulet crafted from dragon scales with a red crystal dragon eye embedded as a jewel.
Can be used as a spellcasting focus by any mage in order to turn one of its spells into an anti-dragon spell. Any dragon has disadvantage on any saving throw of this spell, takes double damage from the spell, and has the duration of any effect doubled.
