Even with the stopper in place this oil stinks.  The oil can cover a Medium or smaller creature, along with the equipment it's wearing and carrying (one additional vial is required for each size category above Medium).  Applying the oil takes 10 minutes. This oil is made in a long ritual evolving an un-willing Aboleth.  Essentially robbing it of it's essence.  This oil grants you the fallowing.

• Combat Casting
• Iron Will

With a rare chance (10%) of granting psionic powers till the next dawn.
