This longbow is stiff and designed to be vaulted off of and into the air when fired, mainly used by smaller creatures that don't have the necessary height and pull for a standard longbow, or winged creatures taking full advantage of their mobility. Firing this bow in the traditional manner takes 5ft of movement as the wielder uses the bow for a high jump. A character using this bow to make a jump doesn't need a running start and adds 5ft to the distance or height they can cover.
Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
