This bowstring is made of constantly moving, churning water. When you pull an arrow back with this bowstring underwater, you receive no penalty. Additionally, you may expend up to 3 charges to deal and extra 2d6 cold damage per charge expended and force the creature you attack to roll a DC 15 Strength saving throw. On a fail, they are pushed back 10ft per charges spent. They string has a total of 7 charges and recharges 1d6+1 charges at dawn.
