Arcane Incense

Tightly packed Incense made primarily of Mintvine. When burned, an individual can spend 1 hour (or up to three hours) meditating.  The individual then make a CON saving throw DC 11, if they pass, for each hour spent in unbroken meditation, they regain a spell slot. Incense can be used this way up to three times or for 3 hours.
