Anthem Stone

This polished, translucent stone is roughly the size and shape of a lava lamp. When you set the stone on a solid surface in moonlight and speak the command phrase--"hit it, Moondoggie"--the stone emits light in varying colors and a ghostly bard appears, lute in hand, and sings "The Court of the Crimson King." The song can be clearly heard in a 300' radius (or 600' under water). When the song ends, the bard vanishes and the colorful lights fade away. You may only activate the stone once per 24-hour period.
