Amulet of Beasts

This circular amulet depicts the silhouettes of animals around the edge, and a dial that can be moved to point at one of these creatures. Once per day, the amulet may be activated using an action to turn into one of the following creatures: Jaguar, monkey, eagle, condor, rattlesnake, quetzal , crocodile, or hummingbird. This creature follows the commands of the summoner telepathically and lasts for up to an hour, or until reduced to zero hit points, at which point it reverts back into its amulet form. The creature uses the initiative of the summoner in combat.
