Aegis Key

A heavy pearlescent key.

A wielder of this key may cast Arcane Lock once per day without the material cost. When cast this way, the spell only lasts until the next dawn. While the created lock remains active, the key becomes emerald. If the lock is broken, the key warms and becomes ruby. At dawn, the key returns to its normal pearlescent hues.
