A sentient piece of fabric that transforms into whatever article of clothing the owner needs. Upon attunement, the fabric forms a mental link of its owner, and is able to communicate with its owner. Allows the owner to blend into any crowd of creatures. Gives owner a +1 to all dexterity and wisdom based skills.
