Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement)
The wearer can place 1 drop of blood inside the vial costing them 1 hp that can not be restored until the amulet is empty. The first time the wearer is dropped to 0 hp the blood drop is destroyed and they regain 1 hp. Once the blood is destroyed the amulet cannot be refilled until the wearer takes a long rest.
