All creatures within a number of feet of the target equal to your strength modifier take 1D6 cold damage when you hit a target, yourself included.
While you are attuned to, and wearing these gloves, you have resistance to cold damage.
Notes: Resistance: Cold, These gloves consist of a steel ring which, when placed upon the back of your hand, forms a protective glove out of ice.
