Fiendish Curse: When an attack lands, the wielder must take damage equal to the damage dealt during that attack. This damage cannot drop you below 1 HP. Additionally, upon drawing the blade and every turn while wielding it, the wielder must make a wisdom save (Wisdom DC 14) or lose their mind to fiendish instincts, becoming bloodlusted. Wielding Akuma no Tamashi requires concentration. For every attack taken the wielder must succeed a constitution save (Wisdom DC 10 or half the damage of the attack, whichever is higher). If they fail this roll, they will fail to contain the fiendish instincts of the blade.

Until all enemy creatures are defeated, the wielder will remain bloodlusted, attacking the nearest creature to them, regardless of if it is an enemy or ally. They cannot use any other abilities and MUST attack with Akuma no Tamashi.

A black-bladed katana with a white sheath. It hums with fiendish energy. Those who wield this blade are cursed to become fiends, slowly draining their soul in exchange for promises of power. It is unknown who forged the blade, but it is assumed it was cursed in order to make known the darkness within all men, even those who appear pure of heart.

Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
