Amulet of Beaming Light

This silver amulet contains a white gem that can magically cast light from its source making it shine a bright beam of light infront of the wielder.

You are immune to being blinded while wearing this amulet.

As a bonus action while wearing the amulet, you can activate the amulet for 1 minute making a 30 feet line of bright light where the amulet is facing, the line stops at the first object or creature that is in the 30 feet line. Once used, this property can’t be used again until the next dawn.

If a creature gets hit by the light it has to make a DC 14 Constitution saving throw. On a fail the target is blinded for 1 round. 

If you succesfully blind someone and keep the light targeting the same creature it automatically fails the next saving throw that requires sight.
