A meager looking wand that looks like little more than a stick, but is warm to the touch.
This wand has 5 charges. While holding it, you can use an action to expend 1-3 of its charges to cast fireworks from it. The fireworks last for a turn and can be heard from half a mile away. You can use up to 3 charges for a cast, the distance of the fireworks increases with each additional charge. 1 charge: 120 feet, 2 charges: 240 feet, 3 charges 360 feet. If you use 3 charges, then you may use the wand as a weapon with a distance of 120 feet. The target must succeed on two DC10 DEX saving throws or get hit with two fireworks for 1d6 fire damage each.
The wand regains 1d4 + 1 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the wand's last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the wand crumbles into ashes and is destroyed.
