A +1 to Charisma if the glasses are pushed up while speaking, a shine of reflected light will flash across the lenses
Advantage on persuasion checks if the user says "heh" before speaking
Disadvantage given to another if the user says "ke ke ke" in response
A +5 to Charisma AND Disadvantage to all parties involved if the user goes "fu fu fu" as a laugh in response to another- must roll a Charisma check of 15 first
Advantage to all parties involved if the user goes "gehehe" as a laugh before or after a verbal confrontation- must roll a Charisma check of 20 first
