Arcanitech Arrow

These normal arrows have a tip infused with an Arcanitech Crystal. When shot from a bow or crossbow, this arrow is designed to increase accuracy - should the attack miss, you may reroll the attack roll but you must take the new roll (can only reroll once per turn), Upon a hit, the arrow deals an additional 1d4 magical lightning damage on top of normal damage. The arrow is designed for sustainability and thus is reusable up to 25 times.
