This so called, vestige of the conclave, was created by the five dragons of the Chroma Conclave. Each has it's own special abilities.
**Dormant State**
This amulet was created by the green dragon, Raishan. Gives the wearer resistance to poison damage and advantage on being charmed.
**Awakened State**
The wearer gains advantage on persuasion, deception, and insight checks.
**Ex**
Immune to all poison damage
