Astagash's Ring of Sending

This golden ring bears the crest of the Hathmoorn School of Alchemy.  Owned by the Arch-Alchemist Astagash Portimello, this ring was part of a set crafted for the Hathmoorn's alchemy department.

Three times per day, you can send a message as though you were casting a Sending spell.  The ring regains 1d3-1 charges at dawn each day.  If you expend the ring's final charge, or if the ring has zero charges after regaining charges at dawn, roll a d20.  On a 1, the enchantment dissipates and the ring becomes a mundane golden ring.
