Wondrous Item, legendary (requires attunement by a Wizard)
This Book can only be attuned by a Wizard.
This Book functions as the wizards Spellbook and Arcane Focus.
It creates Paper and Ink on it's own.
On the first page is written: "Tell me and i forget, teach me and i may remember, involve me and i learn"
This Book seems to be somewhat sentient, but also seems Dormant at the moment. You feel a constant couriosity eminating from it.
Everytime you add a new spell to this book (not by level up) expand a charge.
Everytime the book is able to consume a magical artifact expand 2 charges. (For this the book has to be awakend from it's Dormant state)
When all charges are expandet talk to your'e DM
Notes: Bonus: Spell Attacks, Wizard
