Auril's Cloak

You have resistance to cold damage while wearing Auril's cloak.

While attuned to the cloak you gain the following benefits.

• As a bonus action you can pull the hood up, with the hood up you have advantage on stealth checks in snowy climates.
• While attuned to the cloak you can cast the chill touch spell at will.

The cloak seems to billow and sway regardless of the climate conditions. It's magical properties make it difficult to feel warmth.
