A very ordinary looking wooden box, looks as its been carved with some skill, the box feels much more solid then the visible craftmanship would suggest. Inside the box is a wooden amulet (same type of wood as the box) although this amulet seems to be crafted and carved by someone with great skill, inset on the center of the amulet is a Moon Stone, with 5 smaller (glowing) green stones evenly spaced around the large blue stone. The rest of the wooden amulet is carved with intricate patterns and the back has words carved into it in a long forgotten language. The amulet is attached to a mithril chain.
This item is part of a pair. One you wear or carry (amulet) and the other is placed at a destination of your choice (anchor). It has one large Moon stone that you press and it will transport you to a point of 5 feet from the amulets anchor. This Amulet has 5 smaller stones that will tell you if you are too far from the anchor to teleport. The range is about 5 miles, every mile you travel away from the anchor will cause one of the smaller stones to lose their glow, Thick rock walls or under ground may reduce the ability to teleport as well. Trying to teleport when out of range will have no effect, and will not use its daily charge.
This item generally has 1 charge per day, or night , but regains its charge when exposed to the moon. The days after a full moon the amulet will have double the charges, the days of a new Moon, the amulet does not recharge. Charges do not stack or carryover from day to day.
