Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement by a The cloak has a mental bond with the wearer that allows them to create the brilliant northern lights. )
This cloak is colored with the spectrum designed to replicate the aurora borealis. While wearing this cloak, the user has a fly speed of 50. When flying the user emits a radius of brilliant lights that is decided by the DM. Whatever the chosen radius, when flying this way, the user can not not be seen. Any checks made to hide while in direct line of sight to the cloak are immediately failed.
In addition, the cloak can glow in a way that replicates the Hypnotic Pattern spell at DC 15, centered on the user. The user is immune to the spell's effects. This property can be used once, and recharges each dawn.
Notes: The cloak has a mental bond with the wearer that allows them to create the brilliant northern lights.
