Agglebaggle was a high school frat boy who got lots of *****es. He was also a big druggie. This "Special Powder", composed with a white color, will put you on a true combat advantage. Most dealers will take it for hundreds of golden coins.
The item takes the form of a canister, akin to the size of a 12oz water bottle with a screw-off latch. This cold steel, heavyweight bottle that easily attaches to your gear is filled to the brim with Agglebaggle's secret substance, which takes the form of a white powder.
You can use your bonus action to take a 2oz shot of the powder, granting the following effects for the next 20 turns (not rounds):
- Your combat skills are increased. You gain a +2 to all rolls that call for Strength, or any sub-skill that is rooted to strength (etc. Athletics).
- You gain incredible stamina. You gain a +10 feet to movement speed when it is your turn.
- You swing more precisely and accurately, giving a +3 to all Dexterity Rolls.
- If you take another shot during the duration of your turns, you die instantly.
After the shot, you're fatigued and on a low. You lose -2 to all rolls for the next two turns.
