The Alcohol Needle is a syringe with which you can inject someone with alcohol. The alcohol in the needle is strong enough to make any Medium or smaller creature drunk and therefore poisoned.
The syringe can only inject alcohol once before being empty. After the alcohol is spent, the needle can be reused. The Needle can only contain and dispense alcoholic beverages, such as ale or wine. If any other liquid is inserted into the Needle, it shatters and is destroyed.
It takes 1 Action to fill the Needle with a liquid, provided there is an alcoholic beverage within range (5 feet). It takes 1 bonus action to inject someone with the Alcohol Needle.
