This steel bow coiled with copper wire is imbued with electrical energy. Originally invented as a crude recreation of the magitech Invoker bow technology. You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. When attacking using this bow you can permenantly destroy one arrow to change the damage type of the attack to Lightning. When doing this you ignore the disadvantage imposed by long range. Additionally as an action you can use this bow's Arc Strike ability for the cost of a single arrow. Arc Strike can be used thrice between each dawn.
Arc Strike: You make a ranged attack against a creature you can see within range, on a hit the target creature takes 2d8 Lightning damage. Each creature between you and the target must make a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw or take 1d8 lightning damage. When rolling to hit, the attack ignores any cover imposed by creatures.
Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
