While wearing them, you can expend 1 charge as an action to cast the charm person spell (save DC 17) on a humanoid within 30 feet of you, provided that you and the target can see each other. If the target saves, the caster must roll a d100. A 1 - 5 roll results in the caster being stunned for 1d4 rounds. The lenses regain all expended charges daily at dawn.
