Produced by a special needle, this magic tattoo appears on your body as a tower shield.
Tattoo Attunement. To attune to this item, you hold the needle to your skin where you want the tattoo to appear, pressing the needle there throughout the attunement process. When the attunement is complete, the needle turns into the ink that becomes the tattoo, which appears on the skin. If your attunement to the tattoo ends, the tattoo vanishes and the needle reappears in your space.
Shielded Skin. While this tattoo is on your skin, you gain a +1 to AC.
Conjure Aegis. While this tattoo is on your skin, you may summon forth a spectral shield in your hand as a bonus action. This shield grants you a bonus to your AC equal to you Proficiency bonus for 10 minutes, or until you choose to dismiss this shield on your turn (no action required). While you have this shield summoned, you do not gain the benefits of Shielded Skin. Once you have used this ability, you may not do so again until the next dawn.
