When worn this makes the wearer appear as if they were an elf, they're ears lengthen, their hair turns a platinum blonde and their skin takes on a paler tone.
It also grants them the Fey Ancestry racial ability, giving them Resistance on saving throws against magical charm effects and immunity to magical sleep.
