Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement by a cleric, druid or paladin.)

This amulet is usually found in old temples or with troves of clerical items, and is actually a small hollow compartment made of silver. As it is sealed, its contents are unknown, and opening it by any means will destroy the amulet, its enchantment, and its spell capability.

When a charge is expended, the next character touched by the amulet's user will be enveloped by a Mending spell similar to the standard cantrip, but of much greater power.  This spell affects all clothing, armor, and externally carried items, and all damaged equipment worn or carried by the character will be repaired with no sign of damage.  This will fix dents and broken armor links, broken items, torn or sliced clothing, and damaged or leaking containers such as vials or water skins. The spell is limited to damage no longer than 12'', and the mending will be undetectable.

Note that a broken magic item will be fixed but any lost magic cannot be replaced or restored.

The amulet has three charges, 1-3 of which are restored each dawn. Roll d6 to determine as follows:

  • 1-3: 1 charge restored
  • 4-5: 2 charges restored
  • 6: 3 charges restored

It's worth noting that everything carried by the touched individual, will be mended unless it is in a Bag of Holding, Portable Hole, or other extradimensional device. If, for some reason, such flaws are desired (as on a disguise, for instance), the item must be removed from contact with its carrier.
