The small gold amulet appears to be a small inverted tower, hanging from its bottom by a gold chain. It has 5 charges. As an action you can expend a charge and touch the amulet to the forehead of a willing creature. If the creature has no languages, no ability to speak, or if the DM rules the creature has no forehead, then the charge is wasted with no effect. An affected creature gains one language of your choice for 1 hour. The amulet regains 1d4 expended charges at dawn.
