Amulet of the Anonymous

While attuned, whenever the wearer quits the field of view of a creature, the creature forgets about the existence of the attuned creature.

 In order to recall any information about the wearer of this amulet, one must succeed on a DC 20 Intelligence check or not be able to do so again.
