these things weigh a ton... almost they weigh 500 pounds. only those who have access to the legendary power OF YOOUUUTH!!!! could ever hope to brave the training of wearing these ankle bracelets but with time and patience... comes the absolute mastery of all physical abilities
restrictions- must be worn for an entire level to receive full effect. if taken off before the level up happens must be reset under the same parameters. ( must be put on with less than 1,000 exp. invested into your current level and must be worn until you level up from your current level and not a second sooner), these weights heavily restrict your movement by 1/2 your movement speed, [also you have disadvantage on dex checks] (maybe open to discard this). saves until you reach the half way point in your level up (half the exp. needed to level up) at that point it reduces to 3/4 of your original move speed and you are only unable to receive advantage on dex. saves.
while worn- these weights double your dmg. rolls (doubles the number of dice you roll, not the numbers on the dice) only on attacks involving kicks. These grant you double exp. until you lvl up once.
Full effect- doubles all attack rolls that involve only physical attacks (if using a weapon during dmg. calcs this effect is negated). your movement speed is doubled and have access to an additional dash action each turn. the gate techniques no longer have side effects. Also gives access to Asakujaku (gate 6) and Hirudora (gate 7), as well as the Night Gai (gate 8). the last effect is, if you complete the training immediately your hair grows rapidly (within 1 minute) into a thick bowl cut and your eyebrows double in thickness and area size.
