When you place a piece of special or magical ammunition in this quiver, it can supply an in finite number (at a rate of 1 piece of ammunition per round) of that ammunition for 397 days. After which the ammunition is destroyed and a new piece of ammunition must be supplied as a part of the attunement ritual. In addition. ammunition supplied by this quiver gain a +1 enhancement bonus to attack and damage rolls if they do not already have an enhancement bonus.
Notes: Bonus: Magic, The attunement ritual must be completed every 13 months by filing legal documents proving your identity and that you are licensed both as an adventurer and as an approved tester of prototype Gnomish equipment. A piece of ammunition and the quiver must be submitted to an approved member of the ProtoSpark Inc. The attuned ammunition can be changed at any time during this 13 month approval period at a nominal fee to be paid to ProtoSpark Inc., Damage, Combat
