Amulet of the New Moon (Wisdom Attunement)

An amulet of cold stone, carved into the shape of a crescent moon. A small magical gemstone dangles in the center of the moon, imbued with powerful shape shifting essence. Once a month, at the rise of a new moon, you may attune to the amulet, selecting an ability of your choice. The selected stat is boosted to 19, and will remain so until unattuned. doing so will lock the stat at 19, and it cannot be raised by any other means, including temporary effects.
