An ancient elven falchion forged from silver. It is heavily tarnished from centuries of disuse. The hilt is made of obsidian speckled with silver, giving it the appearance of the nighttime sky.
Falchion actions (3/day):
(1) The wielder knows which direction north is.
(2) The wielder knows the weather for the day.
(3) The wielder knows the time of day.
(4) The wielder knows Elvish for an hour.
(5) The falchion is empowered by moonlight for an hour: the sword emits a 15 foot radius sphere of dim light and does an additional 1d4 radiant damage per attack.
Proficiency with a Shortsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
