the amulet is the size of a gold coin, with a thin, barley perceivable chain. it is made of platinum, and a stone acting as a mirror to the astral sea. inside, a large star glows very dim, and gets brighter with powerful emotions. at its brightest, it fills a 5 foot surrounding cube with dim light. wrapping around the stones perimeter is a twisting band of platinum with stars and moons inscribed. it grants the power of telepathy to the attuned user. it has a range of 60 ft, and can be used to communicate with a max of 60 creatures at once. the telepathy only transmits when said creature is visible.
Notes: only a astral elf from the Nisine bloodline can attune to this item. To attune to this amulet, it must be placed upon an infant Nisine's neck on a tripple moon ritual. once attuned, the amulet cannot be broken or removed from its holder.
