This Amulet was created by a powerful Chronurgy Wizard to aid a dragon wyrmling survive a difficult quest that was beyond its strength. It has one charge, which it regains each day at dawn. When a dragon who is wearing this amulet and has it attuned uses an action to spend its charge, that dragon will be magically aged by 100 years. If used by a wyrmling or young dragon, it will become an adult dragon for up to 3 minutes at a time. The dragon can use an action to end the effect at any time.
This amulet ages a dragon magically, but does not grant it wisdom or experience. While under the aging effects of this amulet, a dragon will have the physical stats and powers of an adult dragon. They will not have an adult dragon's wisdom, intelligence, or charisma stats. They will not have legendary actions. Their Hit Points will increase only as a result of having a higher constitution score.*
* A red dragon wyrmling rolls 10d8 for health plus 10x3(30) for their constitution modifier. An adult red dragon rolls 19d8 plus 19x7(133) for constitution. A red dragon wrymling magically aged by use of this amulet would have 10d8 plus 10x7(70) hit points.
