Angelo Dispettoso (Spiteful Angel in Italian) is a beautifully crafted +2 rapier commissioned for Cohlm Relayne for his adventuring pursuits. It is made primarily of steel, but the blade and basket around the hilt are reinforced with adamantine. The hilt itself is wrapped in steel wire with thin black leather strips wound tightly around them. The base of the blade is inlaid with a platinum filigree that reads "Al Diavolo La Tua Benedizione" ("Damn Your Blessing") along the right side of the blade.
The rapier bears enchantments that bind it to Cohlm's indomitable will, channeling it to a number of effects:
As a bonus action, the weapon can be teleported from Cohlm's hand to a pocket dimension for storage, or can be summoned vice versa. In combat, he can use a bonus action to bathe the blade in a purple-black glow, causing the blade to become bitterly cold to the touch. If a cleric, paladin or celestial is struck by the blade in this state, the weapon deals 1d6+4 Cold damage and the target must then make a Wisdom saving throw with disadvantage (DC 16). If such a target fails their saving throw, the Spiteful Angel's energy attacks the divine connection between the target and their deity, destroying one spell slot of theirs (if applicable) of 4th level or lower, rolled for at random by the DM.
Proficiency with a Rapier allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
