This amulet gives off a strange aura of malice as a being of great power has tapped into it.

Attuning to this item grants a +1 bonus to your Spell Save DC and Spell Attack Modifier to the creature that attunes to it. The amulet has 5 charges for the following properties. The amulet regains all expended charges daily at dawn. 

Spells. While attuned to the amulet, you can use an action to expend some of its charges to cast one of the following spells from it, using your spell save DC and spell attack bonus: Hunger of Hadar (3 Charges), Crown of Madness (2 Charges), Dissonant Whispers (1 Charge)
