This book describes the various processes and structures of each various races and monsters, going in depth on things such as speech patterns, how to breathe like them, and how often to blink.
Reading this book grants you the ability to morph into a creature you see or have seen in near-perfect detail once a day, you will have glass like eyes every time you morph. When interacting with people you gain advantage with deception checks in the first few minutes of conversation, but after that they will become suspicious of you as they begin to look closer at you and you lose that advantage.
The more you use this ability to morph, it becomes progressively harder to go back to your original form. After an unknown amount of morphs you will be unable to go back to your original form and only be able to morph into different beings.
