From the now destroyed Library of Jurgen Leitner. An old paper book with the title "Advanced Security Cameras Instruction Manual" with the cover depicting several security cameras that look vaguely similar to eyes, no author is credited. This book describes how to place cameras in places and how to use them expertly, with images of the reader scattered throughout of photos they did not know were taken. The later half of the book urges the reader to replace their eyes with cameras and describes how to do so, as well as how to merge themselves with a surveillance system.
Reading this book allows the reader to be able to see through any cameras or surveillance system in wide area around them. When doing this, the people you see in this state get the overwhelming feeling they're being watched. If someone damages a camera while you are seeing through it, you also reflect the damage taken. IE if someone cracks the camera lens, your eye also gets a crack.
If you do this a large amount of times, you will merge with a series of cameras in the area, leaving your body and only being able to interact with people though the cameras and the system they operate on.
Reading this aligns the reader more with the Eye if playing a Magnus archive themed campaign
