Armor of the Mists

You have a +1 bonus to AC while wearing this armor.

Strange runes in an unknown ancient language circle the collar and lower rim of the armor. 

While this armor is worn it gives off a light cold silver mist that gently falls to the ground.

The wearer of this armor can cast Misty Step at will, but must make a DC 12 WIS saving throw. On a failure the user takes 1 point of exhaustion. When User rolls a 1 the spell fails to activate and they take one point of exhaustion. 

The breastplate and shoulder protectors of this armor are made of leather that has been stiffened by being boiled in oil. The rest of the armor is made of softer and more flexible materials.
