If a chaotic creature attunes to this item it gives them one negative level while they are attuned to this item. And none of its magic effects are noticeable. If a neutral creature attunes to this item it acts simply as a Vicious Kopesh. If this creature attempts to act in a lawful way, the kopesh will begin to allow the creature to use its magical abilities.

As an action, you can cast the command spell with the command “Kneel”, the DC 16. You regain use of the ability after a short or long rest. Additionally, when you score a critical hit you can spend a bonus action to cast the command spell with the command of “Kneel” with a DC equal to the damage dealt. Once a creature has been subject to this ability, it cannot be the target of it again.
