This silver circlet holds the design of two winged serpents with sapphire eyes intertwined around a circular band.  When Attuned to and wearing this circlet, you are subject to the following effects:

• You become proficient with the medicine skill if you were not already.
• You know the Spare the Dying cantrip and can cast it at will.  Furthermore, when casting this spell, Roll a d10.  On a roll of 10, the target of this spell gains 1 hit point.
• When administering potions or using healing spells, you may Re-roll any one die used to calculate hit points healed; you must take the second roll if you choose to do this.
• Twice per long rest, when attempting a medicine skill check, you may roll a d4 and add the total to the check.  This can be done after the roll is made but before the DM says if the roll succeeded or not.
