A heart of an ancient silver dragon, shrunk to fit in the palm of a humanoid hand. Certain powerful dragons possess the ability to pass their powers onto a chosen heir in their dying breath. The heir must take the dragon's heart and once they attune to it, the heart shrinks down to a manageable size.
Draconic Presence. While attuned to the heart, you and your allies within 30 ft. have advantage on saving throws against the frightened condition.
Draconic Power. While attuned to the heart, your weapon attacks deal 2d6 extra cold damage.
True Draconic Avatar. As an action, you may consume the Dragon Heart and take the form of an adult silver dragon. When you take this new form, you use the strength, dexterity, and constitution scores of the new form however your intelligence, wisdom, and charisma scores remain the same.
This new form lasts until you are incapacitated or reduced to zero hp at which you revert to your normal form.
The heart is consumed by this action and no longer confers any benefit.
Notes: Damage: Cold, creature chosen by the dragon
