A black satin eye-patch with an encrusted ruby, resembling the image of a fiery eye. Wearing this eye-patch for long periods imbues the user with a hatred towards halflings and a desire of golden rings.
The enchanted ruby grants the wearer darkvision out to a range of 30 feet. If you already have darkvision, wearing this eye-patch increases its range by 30 feet. The magical effect requires concentration as to close the uncovered eye, being subject to concentration spells limitations.
