Also called the Otzar, is the Treasury of Souls. This is a Holy Symbol used by demons to contain the souls they have corrupted and captured for delivery to the nine hells.
The name is intended as an insult to the forces of good. This item can be used as a cleric spell casting focus. When used as a weapon causes psychic damage, and when used by a character not of evil alignment it harms the user equal to the target. If a target is immune to psychic damage then this weapon will cause bludgeoning damage instead.
It appears to be a censor made of thick metal instead of a spiked ball on the end of a flail, and instead of incense smoke wafting out it is a dull blue light that drifts and falls like fog.
Proficiency with a Flail allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
