Amulet of Water Breathing

This necklace was forged underwater and holds magical properties, the string is a line of underwater clam beads the emblem is a strangely shaped coral structure with a set of gills on it. By wearing this amulet the wearer is able to breathe through the coral's gill, but be unable to breathe through their own lungs until after the affect wears off. Once putting on the Amulet the affect lasts for about an 1 day when the affect ends the amulet will not work until the amulet be left completely submerged in water for an hour.
