Weapon (longbow), artifact

You have a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. The weapon can take three forms: longbow, rapier, or dagger. You can switch between forms as an interact.

The weapon contains 10 charges. You regain 1d8+2 charges at dawn. You can spend charges to do the following:

Celestial Charm (1 charge)

You have advantage on any Persuasion or Deception (Charisma) checks made within the next minute.

Radiant Burst (1 charge)

Once per turn, you can spend a charge to add [roll]4d8[/roll] radiant damage after you hit a target with a weapon attack.

Divine Sense (1 charge)

As an action, you can open your awareness to detect evil forces. Until the end of your next turn, you know the location of any fiend or undead within 30 feet of you that is not behind total cover. You know the type (fiend or undead) of any being whose presence you sense.

Lightbringer (1 charge)

You use your peerless aim to lessen the wounds of your allies. You can replace one of your attacks with a charge of divine energy. When you hit a creature with this attack, it regains 2d10+5 hit points. If the creature is prone, you make this attack with advantage. If the creature is unconscious, it regains 25 hit points.

Volley of Light (2 charges)

As an action, you fire an arrow of light into the air and choose a point within 150 feet. Hundreds of duplicates of the arrow fall in a volley from above and then disappear. Each creature in a 40-foot-radius, 20-foot-high cylinder centered on that point must make a Dexterity (DC19) saving throw. A creature takes [roll]8d8[/roll] radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
